Important Distinction
NestReady is not a licensed home inspection company, nor does it perform comprehensive home inspections as defined by provincial or regulatory standards.
Section 2
Preventative Service Scope
NestReady provides visual preventative assessments and routine maintenance checks of commonly accessible home systems and components.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Interior Systems
  • Furnace filter replacement
  • Smoke and carbon monoxide detector testing
  • GFCI outlet testing
  • Sump pump testing
  • Plumbing fixture observations
Additional Checks
  • Shut-off valve exercise

These services are intended to identify potential risks or maintenance concerns, but they do not guarantee that all issues within a property will be discovered.
Section 3
Property Health Reports
After scheduled service visits, NestReady may provide a Property Health Report summarizing observations, preventative maintenance items, and recommendations.
These reports are based on visual observations and non-invasive checks conducted during the visit.
Important Notice
Reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional evaluations by licensed trades, contractors, engineers, or certified home inspectors.
Section 4
No Guarantee of Condition
NestReady services are designed to help identify potential concerns early, but NestReady does not guarantee the future condition of any property system or component.
Property systems may fail unexpectedly even when preventative checks have been performed.
NestReady shall not be responsible for damages resulting from:
Hidden Defects
Issues not visible or detectable during a standard preventative visit
Inaccessible Areas
Spaces or systems that cannot be safely or reasonably accessed
Post-Visit Failures
System failures occurring after service visits have been completed
Unobservable Conditions
Conditions that could not reasonably be observed during preventative inspections
Section 5
Member Responsibilities
NestReady members agree to:
Provide Access
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled visits
Disclose Known Issues
Inform NestReady of known issues affecting the property
Maintain Utilities
Maintain required utilities (power, water, etc.) during inspections
Report Changes
Notify NestReady of major renovations or system changes affecting the property

NestReady reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services if safe access cannot be provided.
Section 6
Repairs and Renovation Services
NestReady may offer guidance, referrals, or renovation consultation services.
Any repair or renovation work performed by third-party contractors or trades is subject to separate agreements between the client and the service provider.
Liability Clarification
NestReady is not responsible for the performance, pricing, or outcomes of third-party work unless explicitly contracted to perform such work.

Membership and Billing
NestReady memberships may be offered through monthly or annual subscription plans.

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at enrollment. Memberships may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

NestReady may offer referral incentives to members who refer new clients.
Referral Credits May Be Used For:

Referral Credits Cannot:
  • Be redeemed for cash
  • Reduce service fees below $0
Program Terms
NestReady reserves the right to modify referral program terms at any time.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NestReady Preventative Property Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
NestReady's liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service visit, calculated on a prorated basis, in which the claim arose.
